A tragic accident occurred on August 29 when a 24-year-old man fell to his death from the 26th floor terrace of the Eco International Tower, located in Sukhbaatar District’s first khoroo, Ulaanbaatar.

The man had been dining at II Fiore Italian Restaurant, which operates on that floor, when he reportedly fell from the outdoor terrace. According to preliminary information, no foul play is suspected. Investigators from Sukhbaatar District Police Department’s First Division are currently working to determine whether the fall was caused by a medical emergency or excessive alcohol consumption.

Sources also revealed that the victim’s family was unaware of the accident at the time and had already reported him missing after he left home and did not return. The case remains under active investigation.
