UB to host 13th ‘Power Expo & Festival’

The Office of the Capital Governor, in collaboration with the Mongolian Automobile Motorcycle Sports Federation and the VIP Auto Club, will organize the 13th Annual “Power Expo & Festival” on May 9, 10, and 11. The event will focus on showcasing both automobile racing and motorcycling, featuring international competitors from several countries.

The festival aims to promote urban sports among the youth of Ulaanbaatar and highlight the city’s growing sports culture. Over the years, it has become a significant event for both motorsport enthusiasts and those interested in the development of local athletes. This year’s festival will feature top drifting and motorcycle racing teams from countries including China, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, South Korea, and the United State. The event will also host the 2025 Asian Drift Championship, where participants will compete for the title. The competition will bring skilled drivers and riders together to compete in a series of races, providing an exciting opportunity for fans to witness top-level motorsport talent.

The festival will take place at the Auto Trading Complex’s Power Land area. In addition to the racing events, the festival will feature an automobile and motorcycle expo, as well as an extreme sports competition. Visitors will have the chance to see a range of vehicles and products related to the motorsport industry. It also aims to offer a mix of entertainment for all ages, with various activities designed to engage the local community and promote the benefits of motorsports as an active lifestyle.

The “Power Expo & Festival” continues to emphasize the importance of youth development in motorsports. It serves as a platform for younger generations to experience the sport firsthand and learn more about the opportunities in motorsports. As Ulaanbaatar continues to grow as a hub for international events, the festival offers a chance to engage with the global motorsport community and support the development of local athletes.
